1966-67 GTO, Chevelle, Cutlass, Nova, GS Deluxe Carriage Logo Seat Belts- GM Red
This GM Red Deluxe seat belt set includes: Two pair of front seat lap belts with retractor housings, two pair of rear seat lap belts, and a matching pair of anchor bolt covers. An additional rear seat pair of belts can to added to you order for at a modest price. Other colors and date code tags are also available.
These are a remanufacturered set of four 1966-67 GM Deluxe "Carriage Logo" seat belts for the Pontiac GTO, Chevrolet Chevelle, Oldsmobile Cutlass 442, and Buick GS, Skylark. They are also correct for the 1966-67 GM Big cars like Grand Prix, Impala, Toronado, and Riviera.
The is a beautiful match to the original GM Red color. It is a darker, "Christmas Red", that coordinates especially well with the 1966 and 1967 GM interiors. This set was rebuilt, here in our workshop, with this new 4-Panel Nylon Red webbing, GM Carriage logo push buttons, and the correct replated hardware. Special care was taken, and hours spent, to make sure this set is ready for the finest cars. Even GM would be glad to reissue them as standard equipment on their cars.These seat belt buckles have new chrome plating and the covers have new anodizing. They are unblemished and have sparkling smooth surfaces. Each has the correct GM gold anodized Carriage logo push button. The chrome backsides have the original RCF-65 model number and safety/use stampings. The All-new and correct 4-panel Nylon GM Red webbing is comfortable to wear and slides through the buckles with ease.
This heavy-duty Nylon webbing has the correct stitch pattern and GM matte finish originally used by GM. Both the rebuilt retractors operate nicely and have new vinyl covers. The set comes with a pair of matching anchor bolt covers to hide the attachment points on the rear floor hump.
These are not shown in the photos, but do come with the set. Hopefully you can see that careful attention was given to every step in our restoration process. Yes, it takes more time and effort to restore our belts, but the spectacular results are worth the exercise. It'll be easy to determine if these seat belts belong in your fine car.
