50s 60's NOS Yankee Side Mirror In Box Gasket Screws Vintage Unused Original

I believe this was manufactured back in the 50's or 60's. Manufactured by Yankee Metal Products of Norwalk, Connecticut. Tinted low glare mirror glass is in excellent condition. There is a this plastic or rubber ring around the mirror glass that sets it. The edge of it is cracking and falling apart. The glass is still firmly mounted.

Chrome is good quality, but does have flaws. There are minor manufacturing flaws like casting flash. There are some other small bumps in the chrome that may be from age.

I mention the flaws, but it is a great classic design and true vintage. Mirror head and base are cast metal, not plastic. There is a screw that tightens to make sure the head position adjustment stays put.

Hardware and mounting gasket included. The 2 long slots in the adapter bracket allow you to use the existing holes from a previous mirror on a lot of cars. More vintage car and collectible items are listed every week! This is required by the State of Michigan. And Canadian customers are welcomed.
