Pn# - INL12963B - 20 pc Set 1968-70 Chevrolet A-body Chevelle Convertible Factory Correct Body Mount Set with bolts and washers. These are for the convertible ONLY.

The set comes complete with clear readable directions so there is no question where each mount goes. The body mounts do not fit everything out there they are very year and model specific. There are plenty of mount on the market but these are far better than the rest. Please look at the detail photos and see for yourself.

These are rubber Just like the original - Not Hard Puck General Poly bushings from Energy Suspension. Rubber gives you a smooth soft ride - Poly gives you a hard stiff ride feeling every vibration from the engine trans and rear end. If poly was the way to do it the car companies would of already done it. These are simply the best mounts on the market. We were shocked at what we found.

There was not a single company that made the correct mounts. Also all the wrong amounts and locations in the directions. This is the reason we did this project - Now it is right. The inline tube mounts are the exact size and shape with the correct metal insert and all the details are exact right down to the correct durometer rubber and the part numbers and cavity numbers.

There is no way to tell them from the originals except they are new. We have done an extreme amount of research on this project, looking at many original cars and assembly manual and service manual doc's. What we found was - assembly line workers did not pay attention- they missed mounts, put them in the wrong locations - one side of the car did not match the other. There were plenty of mistakes made.
