Grand Prix GTP Buick Regal GS / L67 / L32 Supercharger Belt Wrap Kit

Made by myself for the Eaton M90 on a GM L67 or L32 in a Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, Bonneville SSEI, Buick Regal GS, Monte Carlo SS. This belt wrap kit looks and performs great! If you're running a small supercharger pulley to generate much higher boost you may see boost fluctuation at high RPM. This is generally caused by belt slip. This can be reduced / eliminated by increasing the amount of belt wrap on the supercharger pulley.

This kit can include a 3" or a 3.5" idler pulley, 3" is for supercharger pulleys 2.8" and over and 3.5" idlers are for supercharger pulleys 2.7" and smaller. The mounting bar is machined from stainless steel and the idler pulleys are billet aluminum machined from T6-6061 aluminum.

This system is not only very effective but it is a very cost efficient means of controlling boost lost from belt slip under high performance applications. Note: Currently you will need to locate your own M8x1.25 thread cap screws as different intercooler applications require different length bolts. What you can do is measure your current bolt and find ones that are 1/2 longer at your local auto parts or hardware store. This is a great mod for your supercharged L67 or L32 to make MORE POWER!!
