It is not laid down, nor has any foxing, cracks, or tears. Gary Edward Hinte was born June 24, 1933 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. After a tour in the army from 1952 to 1954, he moved to Los Angeles and went to Art Center School on the GI bill. For years, he painted murals for home interior decorators. He developed a business producing original prints in a printmaking studio in downtown LA for art publishers, a business that grew to forty employees before he retired to Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Gary Hinte currently lives and paints his images in the town of Belfast on the coast of.
