Very nice, used, black horn button for a 1970-72 Pontiac formula steering wheel. This has the original GM ornament inset with the open arrowhead emblem. (The reproduction emblems have a solid silver arrowhead). This is in what I would call exceptional used condition. As outstanding as this is, It's not perfect...
That would make it an NOS example. No cracks, gouges, warping, or scrapes.
